Love Knows No Bounds



Today I went to lunch with my friend Lindsay. Then after we went to a party supply store so the she could get some stuff for her New Year Eve outfit. While walking around the store I found the unicorn in a bin with lots of other unicorns and thought wouldn't it be funny to take an up close photo. Then Lindsay walked over and I showed her the unicorn and see said that he needed a mate thus the walrus. They are the must unlikely pair but yet somehow they work together!

X-mas Ornament



I just took this picture of one of the ornaments on our X-mas tree this year. I have always been a fan of glass ornaments. This year I actually took time to hand decorate ornaments for our tree. Tomorrow is New Years Eve and I don't have plans. We will see what the new year brings!

It Snowed Today



I just took this picture outside my house. I know I am cutting it close with the rules I have set for myself, but Tuesdays are hard I work all day and by the time I get home it is close to midnight. Knowing this I will have to figure something out for Tuesdays. The nice thing is I have the next two days off and I will hopefully have some time to take pictures over the next couple of days. Also I hope that is snow is gone soon! I love it but after the "Arctic Blast" we had last year I could go a year without.

The Starting Point

I am not a writer, not a trained writer that is. What I have an education in is Photography. I love taking picture even thought I don't do it as often as I should. Thus the blog. This is a way to challenge myself to take at least one photo every day. The result being good or bad I will at least be producing work and learning about myself along the way.

So here goes!



This photo is a of myself. What better way to start then to let you know a little about myself. I am 28 years 11 weeks 3 days 8 hours and several minute old. I am a college grad working in the service industry as a server. I have been taking photos for about 8 years. Life is pretty good for me.

So my challenge for myself is to take and post a photo every day. I know that this will be challenging. I am not sure where this will lead me as an artist but to be honest it is exciting.
